  •  REFUNDS: Cancellations that occur 120 or more days before the start of the meeting will be refunded in full. Cancellations that occur within 90-119 days prior to the start of the meeting will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 89 days of the meeting will not be refunded.

For our retired members we have two options

  • $1000 for Friday and Saturday night - Room, Hospitality and Meals but no CE Credits or Lectures

  • $500 for Saturday night only - Room, Hospitality and Meals but no CE Credits or Lectures
